Coco Et Olive

It’s quant, it’s cute, it’s perfect as a hide out for those rainy days we are currently experiencing. The hipster appeal of Coco et Olive is easily visible from the staff and the visitors that come and go with their daily dose of caffeine. Those sitting seem to be savouring each bite of their french-inspired pastry while conversing with a pal or reading a book to pass time. The gem is a relaxing outlet for those wanting to dine in a charming atmosphere while enjoying their daily offerings of soup, sandwiches, salads, baked goods, and numerous beverage options.20140104-224517.jpg

It had just the amount of cheese without overpowering the egg custard and the roasted tomatoes burst with juiciness in each bite. One of the better crusts I’ve tasted in Vancouver – much preferred over Faubourg’s rendition.
